I recently brought my car to Toyota for a persistent sound coming from the dashboard ,try to fix many times and always pissed off with sound is make me crazy while driving and I am extremely happy with the service I received. I think his name is Paul, the mechanic who worked on my car, did an excellent job in quickly identifying and fixing the issue. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to explain what caused it . I am grateful for Paul's professionalism and expertise in resolving the issue. Thank you Toyota team and Paul for providing exceptional service! I Highly recommend them for any car maintenance.(appointment date September 11)

Western Toyota is always an amazing place with excellent staff and service. This was my second time back this year and the first service for my rav4 prime. They completed the service quite fast and when I arrived to retrieve my vehicle, staff gave me a parting gift of a travel cup holder trash can which is quite nice and although a bit gimmicky, can be quite useful for just daily use driving around for whenever I have small bits of garbage

Hi, my wife and I are from out of province and needed to get the first service done on our new 2024 Corolla Cross. We contacted the dealer and the service manager said that if we could leave the car at the dealership the next morning they would try and do it with no guarantee. They got it done before noon and we are so grateful for that! The car runs and drives absolutely GREAT. MANY MANY THANKS!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Wonderful
